Story Board: more detailed of 50 secs
Here's the story board for the title sequence. I know I've already done one which is very similar to this one. However, this one is more clear and accurate.
Some of the transitions between certain shots are still undecided. I need to see what would be the most appropriate once I can see what the design looks like on screen and this might not be the whole story board for the 50 secs. I wanted to try and make at least 10 secs of this animation to see how much I can actually fit in with in that time. The pace of the animation also needs to be considered.
The camera is going to be constantly moving forward so the speed of that camera will determine the content of this animation
Also, I need to leave about 5-10 secs at the end to show the chanel that this video is going to be be shown. Either discovery Chanel of National Geographic. I also want to stylize the logo to suit my animation.
Story Board : Ideas for first ten seconds
Here's some idea of how the animation will start.
Variations of design for first 10 seconds which will start with a definition of a cult

Story
So far I've got....
Animation starts with possibly the definition of a cult and/or quote by Ron Hubbard ( I'd like to start a religion, thats where the money is).
Zooms into a key hole/ gate open?/ with keys
Camera moves into the key hole,
then the audience sees
Marshall Applewhite with the purple nike shoes revolving around him ( at this point> voice over)
Zooms into his right eye
see a renaissance painting with all the different figures of angels
then, zooms in again ( with the painting rotating ) into one of the angels' face, that face slowly transforms into an alien's face......
.....thats what I got so far.

Extend: First Round

These are some of the story boards I made during snow day (s)
I realized now after Fred's credit card sessions that these are probably wrong but here they are anyway. I found it quite hard to get some of the ideas across and some of these story boards, the images just arent even there and its jus me annotating what will actually happen.
I think the best example is with the dispersed one. for one of them, in the last three boxes....no images. I think that was definitely sillyness on my part not being to put my idea across using visuals.....
and im meant to be a Graphic designer....
