slab serif would be quite interesting but I think a normal serif would actually make the logo look more organic. ( natural)
So I've decided to go with a simple typographic logo with just and 'n' and the text
I'm going to explore the idea of using an 'N' as a shape that I can alter within to create a range
of logos suited for the different events
I definitely want to use a bold serif type face but which one....
Another reason why I would need to use a serif typeface is that if I add imagery inside the letterform. the n might lose some of its shape and it would be harder to recognise the letter
so ...defintiely serif!
