Rationale

What is the problem:
  1. to create a new identity for Marks and Spencer's Plan A
  2. customers want to get more involved with Plan A
  3. to inform/ educate customers about Plan A and what they can do ( taking the 'pledge')
  4. To keep existing customers from moving to other supermarkets
  5. to get people to shop at M&S because of Plan A
We intend to inform, persuade and educate a group of M&S customers, more specifically middle class mums and families that M&S's successfully followed through with their 'Plan A' to be more ecological and are now show their customers how to get more involved.

In order to achieve this we will...create a new identity for Plan A and apply that to various things, redesigns retail items eg. packaging, reusable bags, and ident, , instore pormotion
